Upon acceptance the tenant has to pay before entry to the property the first month rent and the deposit which is equal to the one month rent.
The landlord provides landlords building insurance but not cover for tenants contents. You will have to ensure you have insurance in place for your own contents. As insurance introducers GPM can assist you in obtaining a quote and effecting this cover.
