I don't know if that is a Scottish word but it best describes what sometimes you hear or read about when some Estate Agents are announcing how wonderful they are.  If you believed this guff you would be forgiven for assuming they should be knighted by the Queen and have even more letters after their name. Does this help sell your home? All sensible  people will see through a sales pitch and ask 'What are you actually going to do for me when it counts'  All the glossy liturature and 'look at me ma I'm top of the world' means nothing if you don't put the time in for a client and actually meet the potential buyer.

If an agent says to you that they will turn up at your home to meet the viewer and show them arround, then this agent is puting their money where their mouth is.
