The most expensive shed in Scotland

To spend approximately £9,000,000 on what is no better than a large shed in the centre of Balloch and still not have it finished after all this time is an utter joke. When it is finished it will house a few desks and chairs and bring absolutely no revenue to Balloch. If it was pleasing to the eye or encourage tourists to visit then there may be some benefit but none of these applies. Incidentally the 6 foot fence that has been attached to the side of this folly says it all.
